- Mary, Queen of Peace Parish is conducting a Parish Census. Please help us keep our information up to date by filling out the form below. We plan to use this information to serve you and our community to the best of our ability. All information collected will be for parish use only and Diocesan mailings (i.e., Pittsburgh Catholic).
  
  You can complete this survey electronically (below), via phone (call the Parish Office), or through a printed copy. Paper copies are avaialble at the Parish Office and the entrances of our church buildings. Paper copies should be returned to the Parish Office. Our preferred method for your participation is online, but we are dedicated to making this as simple of a process as possible for every parishioner.
